It's not possible to deploy a Request when the Request Deploy To Area privilege has been updated so that the first rule is active i.e. "Object is in the user's inbox or user has current role". Looking at the User Roles and Privilege screen the option is ticked indicating that the user does have the privilege so it's not being recognised.
The Find Request in option Desktop Client is not working the same way as previous releases when it comes to searching for cases in your inbox . In 14.1.0.3 when you have the "Is in inbox" option ticked the user field is disabled and the user field is empty. This makes it impossible to use the Find dialog for finding requests that are in your inbox.
you will get a message like ……………. COR7700246E You do not have the "Refresh Inboxes for All Users" (PRODUCT_RUN_REFRESH_INBOXES) privilege to perform this operation. ........Rather than a message saying such product do not exist in the database.
2. Create request which would be pending for this user. 3. In "Admin Console->Privileges->Request->Promote to Next Stage" grant rule "Object is in the user's inbox or user has current role" 4. Promote/deploy this request to next stage.
This happens even though request is in user's Inbox , and user's role is assigned to transition from current stage to next stage in Global Stage Lifecycle. Privileges to Promote and Deploy a request are assigned correctly as well.
During delegation process the message showed about the user that was de-assigned from the role but after that it showed the message that it forwarded the request to all users including de-assigned. Customer did a check for all user inboxes that the request was forwarded, sure that they got the request. 2. What are the steps to reproduce the problem?
