This document will explain how to create a popup window that contains a multi-select metadata box.

The workaround is to switch to csh, ksh, tcsh, or bash before starting Collage. When you close the telnet session or terminal window using one of these shells, Collage will continue to run.

This error is caused by a browser being currently open with an invalid session and the java applet is attempting to connect to the Collage server. This error most commonly happens after Collage has been restarted and users still have a browser window open that was logged into Collage.

Enter a name for the server and the location. It is helpful to choose the "local" option with a value that is easy to locate (ie. c:\temp for Windows users).

Look at the general properties tab to get the assetid for this asset. The only way I could get this file to check out was to go into the database via the sql command window . type select * from assetversion where assetid=xxx (xxx is the assetid)

The attached self-extracting executable must be downloaded to a Windows machine. Once the hot fix has been extracted, the unzipped files can be moved to the appropriate operating system running Collage, including Windows, Solaris, or Linux.
