MCLG: MVR: How to get the log output from the Deploy Agent/Mover Agent

Running the agent as an application will create the logging by default in the DOS window that starts when the agent starts. If the agent is run as a windows service you can add the following key to the service location in the registry. Add a new string value key to this location.

If you look closely, there are 2 spaces after the "-". Remove one of the spaces and it will convert correctly. 7(PostScriptPrinterProblem) The "Print Spooler" service is not running in the Services area (Start | Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services ), OR

MCLG: How to install and uninstall the Collage services
|
NOTE: The Collage Tomcat service by default is installed to be run as the Local System Account. It may be necessary to run Collage Tomcat as a named NT Domain account (see S114327 for more details). Open the properties of the Collage Tomcat service before uninstalling and look at the " Log On" tab to verify what account is being used to run the service . After installing the service again with the following steps you will need to adjust the "Log On" account again to match the original settings.

MCLG: How to run Collage as a service and deploy to UNC file shares.

Add this account to the local Administrator group on the Collage server. On the Collage server open the Properties of the Merant-Collage-Tomcat service or Serena-Collage-Tomcat (depending on the version of Collage), and select the Log On tab. Select the "This Account" radio button, and click Browse.
