If you are currently using the 5.1.3.2 patch it's recommended you upgrade to the 5.1.3.3 patch which fixes an issue of Collage adding additional javascript code to links and images in the source of some contribution documents when saved. Issue found in Release: 5.1.3.2 The following defects are now part of the 5.1.3.3 patch.

If the "Transform links to Contribution Content " (Deploy | Setup | Deploy Map | Contribution tab) option is set and the "Use only Absolute Paths when deployed" option is set in the DDF, the links to CCS documents will follow the "Transform links to Contribution Content " option.
