MCLG: How to create the admin database on Oracle after the install is finished.

There are two lines in the Oracle section of this file that need to be changed. This is the schema name that will be created for the new admin db .

MCLG: Bundled Sybase Server: Do Not Rename Database Files

If you purchased the bundled Sybase database server, and you want to rename your project database, do not attempt to manually rename the physical database files themselves. You will be unable to load the database files if the names are changed.

If the Sybase project you are rebuilding contains an ampersand (&), you get an error when running a rebuild on this project. As an example, if the project is named "this_&_that. db ", the complete Sybase error will be:

If you run this sql query you can see the name of the _data. db file that the project is expecting and is actually using.

Enter a Name and Description for the database server. This can be any name you choose. Click Next.

The Database Name dialog box appears. Enter a name for the Admin database in the DB Name field. If you are creating a new database to use as the Admin database, enter a new name.
