CMS-XML MCLG: Deploy log gives ''error: Failed to convert ... Converter returned invalid code of 500''
If there is a problem with converting one or more of the Microsoft Office documents to HTML, PDF, or PS, the deploy will return one of the following error messages:
CMS-XML MCLG: Error "New Failed add custom code not granted" when checking in jsp file"Check in failed for . Message from server Status 1 2 Admin permission (Add/Update Custom Code) not granted"
MCLG: Error "New Failed add custom code not granted" when checking in jsp file"Check in failed for . Message from server Status 1 2 Admin permission (Add/Update Custom Code ) not granted"
CMS-XML MCLG: 5.1.3.4 Hot fix: Stack overflow error using Contribution view, #$ added to source code in CCS documents, Link verfication hangs part way through.
(DEF140307) The link stylesheets used in Collage are getting displayed above the DTD's in IE causing the strict styles specified by the customer to fail. (DEF111832) The Document types specified for the editor pages by the customer are getting ignored and Collage is hard coding its own DTD in the edit view. (DEF131411) In Collage if we use our own javscripts specifying a path that point outside the scope of the project then the UI hangs throwing an exception.
CMS-XML MCLG: Code changes to MM:BeginLock... when opening or editing an existing asset in Dreamweaver.
When Collage components are on a page and the page is opened or edited in Dreamweaver, the following code shows up. This error is caused by putting HTML remark tags <!-- --> around a Collage component. For example, if the page looked like this:
CMS-XML MCLG: Error ''*** IncludeAsset Error locating asset ***'' using the IncludeAsset component.
The IncludeAsset component can use a property called FindFile which will search for files with the name specified in the current folder and folders above the file where the code is currently being called from.
CMS-XML MCLG: Error "No select end token found to match a select start token" when using an include asset inside a select component.
Example <nexus:component classid="nexus/components/Select" code ="/System/Components/nexusComponents.jar" select="$node.meta('Author')"> <nexus:select "Brian">
CMS-XML MCLG: ''error: a file needs to be associated to this asset before it can be deployed.'' in deploy activity log.
In the error above the test.jpg asset is a shadow asset in the project. In order to avoid this error an actual asset can be uploaded to fix the shadow, or the code that resulted in the shadow being created can be edited to point to an actual asset within Collage.
CMS-XML MCLG: After upgrade to 5.1.2, editing CCS documents gives "Validation Error in XML. Checking in the Asset failed"
"Component returned failure code : 0x80004005 (NS_ ERROR _FAILURE) [nsIXMLHttpRequest.send]". Also, the following error is in the Tomcat log: (For more information on how to check the log files, see KB S128956 .) WRN 2007/03/28 17:23:40 EDT-- Storage: null
CMS-XML MCLG: "Check out failed, Unable to check out asset. SQLException:ASA Error -193: Primary key for table 'AssetVersion' is not unique SQLState: 23W01 errorCode: 2601" when trying to check out an asset.
View the source of this file and look for any odd asset id's in any of the component code like code =$0 The scenario showed up because somehow when you look at the version tab there was a latest version like you would see if the asset was checked out and being worked on but in fact the asset wasn't checked out. Look at the general properties tab to get the assetid for this asset.
