MCLG: Activities Running on other servers shows deploy activities that are no longer running when load balanced.
This can happen if the deploy server is unable to update the deploy log when the deploy is finished. This can happen when the deploy server loses contact with the admin database before the deploy is finished. In order to clean these entries up follow these steps.

You will be running a SQL query from various locations and recording the time it takes for the query to run. This time will depend directly on what else is happening on the server at that moment. So, for each test, you may want to run the query 3 or 4 times in a row to get an average of how long it takes to run.

MCLG: How to run Collage as a service and deploy to UNC file shares.
Identify a domain user account that has access to the UNC share. Add this account to the local Administrator group on the Collage server . On the Collage server open the Properties of the Merant-Collage-Tomcat service or Serena-Collage-Tomcat (depending on the version of Collage), and select the Log On tab.
