MCLG: About the Collage work directory and other Preference options
The work directory is stored in this file. When you change the work file location (Preferences | Workstation), this file is updated with the change. The user must have at least read access to this file. They must also have modify access if the user will update the work file location.

Once the user's work directory has been found, Collage looks in this directory for a file called collage_applet.properties. This file holds editor preferences and other client preferences.

Introduction to Serena Collage
In addition to editing contribution documents, content contributors in your organization can also use the Collage editing view to update any kind of text based asset, including HTML files. To do this, users must set their Content Editor preferences for HTML and other text-based files to the Internal option. Users can also directly edit these files using the Collage Contributor client.

To enable the Sun Java client: Go to Edit | Preferences . Select Advanced.

In order to view the contents of the recycle bin, you must re-enable the folder tree view by clicking on Preferences | Display Options | Show Tree and setting the value to Yes.
