For example, if a deploy starts at 7pm and runs every 4 hours, it will start at 7pm, 11pm, 3am, 7am etc. But, if daylight savings jumps the clock forward at 2am, the deploys will actually start at 7pm, 11pm, 4am, 8am, etc. In the most strict sense, the time between 11pm to 4am is only 4 hours (because the clock jumped an hour), but logically this appears to be 5 hours.
