ZDD provides an ‘Override History’ checkbox to dictate whether existing component history should be used or ignored. ISPF provides a ‘SUPPRESS HISTORY’ field for the same purpose.
There has been an issue identified where the Checkin doesn't submit the Build when Build check box is checked – the error message that is issued is "No components eligible for this operation".
Customer has installed ZMF4ECL 813 and in the previous version when they edited a member, the smart editor automatically opened and then launches the cobol editor and when you browse, cobol editor opens automatically. Despite the configuration (all tickboxes ticked in the ZMF/Eclipse Smart Editor Preferences) in v813 this does not work, it is the default editor that opens.
At that point, the user has already pressed Finish, and changing profiles after the fact would serve no purpose. New User Options Check Boxes Have Been Added to the Build Wizard
