Problems managing components checked out to personal libraries

Activate Component Results: Return Code : 08. Reason Code: 8768. CMN8768I - Component Build for like-src and like-oth library types only. When the staging job is subsequently submitted, the SERCOPY step fails with a RC=04 as the component is not resident in the staging library and CMNWRITE step fails with a S013 abend:
