Take the DBRM component generated in the CMNCOB2 skel as an example. The BT90DBR step is executed immediately after the DB2 precompile step in skel CMN$$ PDB . However, the DBR component is not copied to the staging dataset until much later in the processing, after the compile, linkedit/program bind, etc., in the CMN$$DBC skel.
