If Change Man is installed on LPAR-A and you try to access it from LPAR-B, in v5.1.2 you could connect to Change Man whether the clist had parm CON() or CON(T). In v5.1.3 if the clist has CON(T), no problem and you can connect using TCPIP and Load Balancing.
