CMS-XML file not being transferred when using the ZDDOPTS ECLIPSE feature.
When attempting to map components to folders by libtype using the ZDDOPTS ECLIPSE member, component is not being transferred. The component name is Customer reports that they are unable to process the 'exported' components because of the missing file.

The package reverted successfully, and the programmer logged into the Development ZMF task and deleted some of the JCL members from the package. When the package was distributed again, the NDM process in the CMN10 job recognized that the JCL dataset already existed on the P site, so it replaced the members that were being transferred , leaving the deleted members in place. When the package installed, the deleted members were also installed, since they still resided in the distributed dataset.
