ZMF4ECL appears to obtain focus for unexplained reasons, primarily when users are working in other applications. For example, focus can switch when a user is active in MS Outlook email and their mouse is sitting in the Serena Explorer pane in the ZMF4ECL Serena perspective. This has been linked to various problem symptoms, including inadvertent attempts to delete package components.
