Some problems exist managing IMS ACBs as components within CMN ZMF. Note : No explicit IMS subtype exists for ACBs. Most of these problems are related to the fact that the RECFM=U instigates the copy process with a COPYMOD command. This results in a RC=4 from IEBCOPY although the component is successfully copied in this situation:
Note that all optional fields are included along with their default values. This is to insure that the definitions will still be valid in later releases of CICS even though the default values may change. Note also that the extracted definition is in traditional unnumbered card image format (RECFM 80), ideally suited for the standard ISPF editor.
