Currently: - ISPF sends a notification message to UserA only telling them of the conflict. - ZMF4ECL sends a notification to UserB only telling them of the conflict.
CMS-XML HLLX BULD0101 Exit not called in ZMF4ECL.
The suggested workaround is to use BULD00XC.
CMS-XML ZMF4ECL checkout conflicts can be bypassed
It is worth noting that the expected notifications are visible post-checkout in the ZMF Notifications view. To ensure consistency with the ISPF interface, we should probably force users to see any potential conflicts before the checkout is completed.
CMS-XML Corrupt-looking message returned to ZMF4ECL user in response to SER9008E message
When expanding a promotion library in ZMF/Eclipse, one customer's users were seeing a ZMF/Eclipse information message being returned which displayed corrupt-looking, invalid data. The libraries could not be expanded and there were no clues to the cause. After research we found that they had NULLFILE defined in both the shadow and promotion library 1 fields for many library types in ZMF application admin.

CMS-XML ChangeMan ZMF and Supported Releases
Customers are still able to contact Support for a release that has reached its "End of Developlement" date. Support will help diagnose the problem, and supply a fix if one is already available. New defects discovered on a release that has reached its "End of Development" date, will only be fixed in the currently supported versions of the software.
CMS-XML New Features in ChangeMan ZDD 8.2
global notification messages have changed since the user last viewed them, a dialog box pops up to display the updated messages. The user can also view the global notifications using the "Global notifications " menu command or via the ChangeMan instance properties.
