Changes to Daylight Saving Time in 2007 - Impact to ZDD
Starting in 2007, for areas that play the daylight savings game, clocks will be set ahead an hour the second Sunday in March (rather than the first week in April) and turned back an hour the first Sunday in November (rather than the last Sunday in October). This means DST will start three weeks earlier and end 1 week later effectively adding 4 weeks to the duration of daylight saving.
