The application contains validation errors. Correct the errors in the Problems view before publishing the application on the server. If you want to allow applications containing errors to be published on the server, enable the Allow applications containing errors to be published on a server check box (Windows > Preferences >Servers > WebSphere).
We cannot reproduce the issue here on either a Tomcat V7 or V8 server. However, we can reproduce it using WebSphere Application Server. The problem does not appear to be obviously related to any international setting variables (e.g. LCLCCSID, DEFAULT_POUND, etc.).
Applying application filters to ChangeMan ZMF folders in ZDD no longer appears to work. Exact behaviour varies before and after PC re-boot and across NT and Windows 2000 environments but include the following windows/messages being displayed at different times:
In the ZDD Properties for an Application , if you want to filter the list being displayed by the First and Last package numbers, then these are greyed out and cannot be edited
