When you try to checkin into a package (right click button on top of the package and then option checkin), the "Select Files for Checkin" window appears. If you click outside this window area (like we did ... although and probably by mistake) IDz STOPS responding (" NOT RESPONDING ") and forces the user to terminate the IDz session and restart.
The problem is that ZosNet sometimes displays message boxes or dialog boxes. For services with an invisible desktop, there is no user to press the "OK" button and allow processing to continue. The TeamTrack request hangs indefinitely waiting for someone to respond on the invisible desktop.
