The information in the SER10TY 3.1 User Guide has lots of steps and documentation. What is the minimum amount needed to do to get an XML-formatted license installed?

CMS-XML Notification interrupts Edit Session.
When you do a Build or other functions that will output something to the "ZMF Notifications" view that view will obtain focus and move away from the thing you are doing, say an edit. For example if you are editing a component and you get a notification to say your previous Build request is completed, then the cursor will be moved away from the edit session to that of the Notification tab.

LIC0049W <product> allowed to continue with license validation errors.

A customer has highlighted data corruption in a source member when a member is edited in codewright with lines > 80 chars and save back to CMN corrupted. The customer is seeing a line moved and lines starting not in position 6, but being indented.
