CMS-XML ZDD: Recompile ignoring DB2 options set by HLLXs BULD0004 and BULD00R1
When a like-SRC DB2 component is built or recompiled from baseline in ZDD the DB2 processing checkbox is still selected and the other DB2 fields are populated. In ZMF4ECL they are not. It appears that ZMF4ECL is behaving in the correct manner here.
