Customer is suffering a performance issue within CICS region and for some transactions they have received a timeout . It would seem that the module HPSIHOP at offset x'005A8' is causin a delay of 11.59% and for offset x'00150' a delay of 1.57%
It looks like your Delta Master has run out of space. As the HPS1310W message indicates, it is the prior message (HPS0104E) that caused the failure. HPS0104E tells us that R15=8, and the Reason Code (FDBK) is X'1C'.
