When trying to link a package from ChangeMan DS 5.4 and ChangeMan for z/OS & OS /390 v5.2.0 using ECP 3.1 receiving the following message: 'CMN8756I - Package LINKs restricted; contact Local Admin'. What is the cause of this message?

ECP cannot see applications or packages when DS user uses 'Advanced' properties
|
When a ChangeMan DS user uses the Advanced properties to validate user against an operating system , ECP does not display any applications or packages when successfully connected to DS server. Connection to the DS server through ECP is successful, but when searching, no applications are listed within the drop down box. No results found when searching wild cards.

Customer is not getting email notification via ECP when a mainframe package is frozen. The notification is being sent from Change Man ZMF to ECP , but the notification agent is not routing it to the SMTP server.
