Cannot install ChangeMan ECP 3.2.1 on a Windows 2003 machine. The "Configure Notification Agent" steps for Windows 2000 don't work (e.g. there is no Applications tab, no tabs at all).
Log on to both a ZMF and a DS server. Go to My Approvals in My ChangeMan and search for packages waiting your approval in a specific application . The search results will display the DS package but not the mainframe package when the packages are linked packages.

Select the Security tab and select the individual "Use custom access permissions" radio buttons and the corresponding Edit button and add the "Everyone" name to the list
In ChangeMan for z/OS & OS/390 v5.2.0 you must have BOTH the Global Admin and Application Admin parm 'Allow Link Packages' set to 'YES' in order to use ECP 3.1 to link packages.
