Customer is not getting email notification via ECP when a mainframe package is frozen. The notification is being sent from Change Man ZMF to ECP, but the notification agent is not routing it to the SMTP server.
One customer's workaround is as follows: In the interrim, I found a workaround using IIS redirection that allows the existing emails to work with our system (IIS on port 80 and Apache on port 8080). Steps:
