I need to put my ChangeMan ECP server on one side of a firewall and my Mainframe ( running ChangeMan for z/OS) on the other. Are there any differences in setup to accomodate this?
* Corrected a problem that prevented deletion of a server from the Web administration console. Formerly, administrators had to bring down ChangeMan ECP, log on to the server where ChangeMan ECP resides, and run the Java administration client to delete servers .
When I try to access ChangeMan ECP, I get an "Authorization Required - This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required." But I used ChangeMan ECP yesterday!
When clicking on the link in the email containing the link between the mainframe (OS/390) and the SERVER (Windows NT), receiving error msg. Clicking on link connects you to the SERVER and then the password is entered, then receiving screen - access denied. invalid port id specification.
Log on to both a ZMF and a DS server . Go to My Approvals in My ChangeMan and search for packages waiting your approval in a specific application. The search results will display the DS package but not the mainframe package when the packages are linked packages.
Customer is not getting email notification via ECP when a mainframe package is frozen. The notification is being sent from Change Man ZMF to ECP, but the notification agent is not routing it to the SMTP server .
When a ChangeMan DS user uses the Advanced properties to validate user against an operating system, ECP does not display any applications or packages when successfully connected to DS server . Connection to the DS server through ECP is successful, but when searching, no applications are listed within the drop down box. No results found when searching wild cards.
FYI - the $V and $Q are variables that represent parts of the URL string sent to the server . $V is the remaining URL excluding parameters. The $Q is the ?
