This was retested on 5.6.0 and no email notification were sent . However, when the "default" button was selected from within the approval group (no information was configured or save in the default screen), and a user(s) was selected for the group, pending email notification were then being sent.
Using POA to send email notifications causes each userID that is a member of a group to be displayed on the "TO" field of an email . Using non-POA to send email notifications causes only the userID that the email is being sent to to appear on the "TO" line. Because of the difference in behavior, it can cause problems when too many email addresses appear on the "TO line".
1. It is picking up coma delimeted word from the FULL NAME and putting them on the TO line. 2. The name on the TO line appears to be incorrect. 3. All email notifications do not appear to be sent .
