In VSS, when you create a label on a file, it increments the version number . When you convert the data into ChangeMan DS, it retains the version numbers for consistency sake, but does not create a delta archive because in actuality the file has not changed. However, when trying to view that file or any of the previous versions of the file in ChangeMan DS, it receives the following error message:
