CMS-XML Builder Web Client appears to "hang" when accessing the KB Server.
The hosts file will have a line with the machine's IP address followed by a space and "localhost". Modify this line to include the following addresses:

From my test you can modify where to point to different license server by modifying "<Build INSTALL PATH>\Merant\Build\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\openmake\license\license.ini" UPDATE:
