SLM: How to consolidate multiple license keys for one Host ID into a single license file
With a valid Serena Support login that is tied to a site ID with current Support Maintenance (both are required) go to http://support.serena.com/licensing/Default.aspx Complete the 4 drop-down selections for Site, Product, Serial Number and version. Click the enabled "View Licenses" button below the fields that will take you to the "Manage Licenses" table

1.2 Concurrent Licenses Always Available to Users With Named Licenses (DEF108262 – Client) This occured when the user was assigned one or more named licenses, and was already using all of these named licenses (for example to log in from another system). In this case, the user should have been able to use available concurrent licenses for additional logins from other systems. This has been fixed.

4.1 Build Log Fails to Display Normally, after a build job is executed, a build log appears in a browser window. If the user who requests the build has logged in originally with a mixed-case user ID, the build log may not display.
