A typical default Tomcat configuration will serve non-SSL requests on port 8080 and SSL requests on 8443. Non-SSL requests can be rerouted to the SSL port by adding a security constraint element to the RLM web.xml file. Add the following (or uncomment) the following element in the web.xml file to reroute all requests to run over SSL :
