While testing implementation, it is good practice to have CmdLineWait() call a batch file. From the batch file, it is possible to setup the command line environment, PATH and other variables and output DOS error messages to a text file. This will give you much more visibility in terms of errors.

This can either be a self-signed certificate or a certificate obtained through a trusted certificate authority. Note that self-signed certificates will encrypt the user data but will result in a warning message to end users that the certificate may not be valid. The environment will dictate which type of certificate is appropriate; for intranet environments, a self-signed certificate may be sufficient.
