A: Prior to Agile 2010 R2 you had to setup your own notifications for On Change an On Add and fill in the fields on the Mashup Event tab of the notification definition screen. From Agile 2010 R2 and later you don't even have to have the MSMQ Service running or define your own notifications for On Change, On Add etc they are built in and fire automatically assuming you've filled in the proper settings in the Configuration area and in the Environment Settings | Integration Settings screen.
