Verify that the user has been setup properly in the Administration Module | Users and Security | Users. The user must be marked as an 'Active' user, and the email address must be valid.
In the Configuration module within the Environment Settings | Integration Settings screen there are a couple fields available to setup the integration to SBM. What does the error "Test SBM Integration Failed" mean and how to troubleshoot it?
When navigation is hidden, as you hover over the module icons, a tooltip pops up to indicate the module . When you click on the icon, the tooltip does not go away, and is partially hiding the drop-down menu.
