Agile Integration to SBM troubleshooting and research findings.
You have to use the "Fix" transition on the SBM item and fill in the appropriate Release and Product fields and then the item should get created in Agile. The item type chosen in the IDM workflow controls whether certain items get created in Agile as well. If there is no item type selected in the IDM item then no item will create in Agile because that type isn't mapped in the Agile mapping file.

How can I see a list of all Agile teams along with their team members?
Unfortunately the Reports section in Agile will only report on actual items like stories, tasks etc and won't report on Teams and Team Members. The following sql can be run against the Agile database to give a listing of all teams and their members.
