When logging into my On Demand product, I enter my User Name and Password and I get a message stating: "Invalid Username or Password. Please resubmit credentials "
When you open the PPM Admin or Agile Admin tool it tries to access the following url to run a web service that will list the available connections. Try opening that url in a browser on the server and see if you get an error or prompted for credentials etc. You should just get a list of available web services but if you get anything other then that needs to be addressed.
