In the Configuration module within the Environment Settings | Integration Settings screen there are a couple fields available to setup the integration to SBM . What does the error "Test SBM Integration Failed" mean and how to troubleshoot it?
The Integration Settings view in SBM was updated to encrypt the password stored in the database, but the corresponding change was not made in to the Serena.Agile.EventListener.MashupEvents plugin code. Because of this, the communication between SBM and Agile fails.
The ItemManagement Web service operations GetWorkItemChangesForTransaction and GetWorkItem return the User's first and last name for Resource type attributes. This prevents the replication of these data type fields to other tools, which use the login ID, including SBM and the Agile Connector.
