The web.config entry is ignored in later versions of Mariner. The web.config setting is only read by Mariner 2008 R3.00.
CMS-XML Client-side browser requirements
Click on the Version tab. The Description field should read "MSXML 4.0 SP2". If it does not say this, follow the instructions below to install the correct version.
