The Mariner "Print" option in the ui creates a PDF document on the server for download. The problem is that if compression is turned on the PDF returned by the download is corrupt. If you are running Mariner 6.2, it is a good idea to also create a separate application pool for the Report Server, as you see in the above screen prints. Mariner 2008 and higher automatically place the Report Server in its own application pool.
