When logging into my On Demand product, I enter my User Name and Password and I get a message stating: "Invalid Username or Password. Please resubmit credentials"
Get the SSF.Log from [SBM]\common\tomcat\server\default\ logs or [SBM]\common\jboss405\server\default\ log . Review this log for recent activity. If all activity has stopped, and re-indexing from Configurator does not work, we likely need to rebuild the index.
This set of instructions also apply to on-demand customers. Log into Mariner as a user with administrator permissions. Go to Administration | Users and Security.
