GMAIL mailboxes automatically convert e-mail messages into multi-part messages, one of which is text/plain. This means an e-mail that is originally formatted in HTML and sent to a GMAIL inbox can be retrieved by SBM and used as an ALF e-mail event. The Network group set up an externally-available email account, which was setup to transfer all email to your internal POP3 account. When defining the mailbox for the email recorder, use the internal account name (e.g. int_recorder@myserver.mycompany.com) in the " Mailbox Name" field and its password in the " Mailbox Password" box. Use the external address (e.g. ext_recorder@mycompany.com) in the " Mailbox Email Address" field.
