CMS-XML KM-Dim9:21020-WS_ITEM_UID_NOT_EXISTS Error: Cannot find Item with UID %d
Please gather any applicable information from the list below and contact Dimensions Support for help with this error message. What you need to troubleshoot:
CMS-XML KM-Dim9: Pdiff dump of change docs, get error: Unable to retrieve object data, Unable to dump chdoc relationships, Dump failed for object UID
The "missing" item relationships will already not be showing in your desktop client. If the target of the relationship no longer exists then the desktop client will not and cannot show the relationship.
CMS-XML Dim10: ORA-01407: cannot update (""."ITEM_SPEC_CATALOGUE"."TYPE_UID") to NULL.... during upgrade
This error happens when an item exists whose TYPE is not listed in OBJ_TYPES table. To resolve this user needs to run queries to determine problem item (s) and its type(s), also determine which type it should be, then update the data via SQL. So, after logging into SQLPlus as basedb on Dim9 or older database user needs to run the following:
CMS-XML DimCM 14: Build: COR0005189E Error: Could not find the Design Part to be used for role calculation for Item [ID]
COR0005189E Error: Could not find the Design Part to be used for role calculation for Item [ITEM SPECIFICATION] VRS4501574E Invalid part uid COR3200418E Error: Failed to create part-item relationship
CMS-XML KM-Dim7: "1173-Error. Item UID <> doesn not exist."
This query should not return any rows. If that is the case then proceed with the following statement:
CMS-XML KM-Dim10: PCM0005300E Error: Inconsistent baseline data in database tables, Item ":; (uid=)
This doesn't necessarily mean corrupt data - it could be a CRB defect. We'll need a database export and the command run to investigate further.
CMS-XML Dim12: DMCLI: When invoking the LAST command, an error of "COR1615012E Area scanning structures cannot be initialised: MDHVDA3201019E - Invalid area UID" can occur
There is a new command which allows you to list all items and directories in an area at a specific revision. The syntax is:
CMS-XML KM-Dim9: Replication error ... "Error: You cannot remove an item which is not on a shared branch"
item_catalogue ic, item_spec_catalogue isc where ic.obj_spec_ uid =isc.obj_spec_ uid and isc.product_id='<product_id>'
CMS-XML Dim CM: Error "VRS3202202E Path is not unique" when attempting to delete duplicate folder structure created by adding a new item
[0] Directory (UID 41817711), subtree contains 25 items [1] Directory ( UID 41818665), subtree contains no items Enter the index of the object you wish to keep, or s to skip, or q to quit: 0
CMS-XML KM-Dim10: The delta file for item does not exist in library
