Most users have Outlook running continuously. If they start Tracker while Outlook is running, they are able to automatically login to Outlook through Tracker and send out email notifications.
TeamTrack’s XML E-mail Submission feature enables you to create forms in Microsoft Outlook that allow users to submit primary items into TeamTrack when they are offline. Using a special Outlook form, users can enter information for several items that they wish to submit and then save each form in Outlook .
