Compile , link and user options are recorded as history each time a component is baselined. The next time the component is compiled or recompiled, the options in effect when it was previously baselined are used.
There is one step missing for the attached instructions. In the section called "Updating the SSM Change Management Process App", follow this additional step. Edit the form called "Submit" and add the field called "PLC Provider UUID" to the form. For example, you can add it to the bottom of the form in the section called " Linked Items".
(e.g. The application has two libtypes defined as DEFER=Y, say CP1 followed by CP2 in a.2. When CP2 staging library is allocated this libtype will show up in the Development Staging Libraries list. When CP1 is subsequently created, it will now appear in the list before CP2 since that is the order on the Library Types panel when the package was created.)
