When attempting to set field values via a TSDisplayField object and your workflow has dependent field values , you can only select dependent field values for the independent field selection. CMS-XML Date/Time field format is changed to 12 hour (am) format
And it has been noticed on French operating system only. After submitting an item, the Date/Time field value change automatically to the 12 hours (am) format. For example
