CMS-XML Copying Mashups, Applications or Orchestrations
Problem 1 - I have a Mashup that I want to copy but it is clashing with one that already exists. This might occur because you are sharing an on-demand system and want to import a mashup that someone has already imported.
CMS-XML ERROR -- The environment must contain at least one BPEL engine and one ALF Event Manager if the mashup contains an orchestration.
This error occurs when trying to deploy a mashup if you do not have the target servers (BPEL and ALF Event) defined for the environment that you wish to deploy to. ERROR -- The environment must contain at least one BPEL engine and one ALF Event Manager if the mashup contains an orchestration.

CMS-XML SBM: Access Denied and crash when closing a process app in Composer
When closing a process app in Composer, Composer lists processes that have the name "serena.studio.shell.application" or "serena.studio.shell.application.vshost". If there are multiple instances of Composer on the server, Composer may try to access process information from a Composer run as another user. This would cause the access denied error as seen in the Composer log.

CMS-XML "Request to Test" mashup - the installation of QC requires SQL Server Express Advanced and will not work with version delivered with SBM

CMS-XML After turning SSO on in pre-10.x versions, orchestration fails
After turning on Serena Single SignOn and adjusting endpoints to use single sign on, it is necessary to redeploy the process app . However, on a distributed system, orchestration or web service calls may still fail with a message logged to the AlfEventManager.log similar to this.
CMS-XML Move or rename SBM Orchestration server - how to set the new endpoints for Synchronous and Asynchronous Orchestrations without redeploying
Async and sync orchestrations will not work until they are updated. You can always redeploy the process app from the Application Repository, but then you need to make sure that you are redeploying the currently running version. The renew utility helps by eliminating the need to figure out what version is currently running in your environment because it acquires the process app from the environment and not the repository.
