Description
For memo and journal fields, the "Require appended text" checkbox appears to allow changing of its setting even when the item is not checked-out.
This will be resolved in a future release.
There is no integrity issue, as changes cannot be made without checking-in, which is not possible, so a check-out is forced and without that, no changes can be deployed.
