The following pervasive issues have been identified in the ZMF 8.1.3 GA release. They cover problems in user variable translation and transition to the associated function and may result in, for example, component history records losing their user option data. Due to the potentially severe impact of these issues, Micro Focus requires that customers apply the 8.1.3 hotfix attached to Solution S142137.

These issues are specific to ZMF 8.1.3 and do not occur in ZMF releases below 8.1.3.  The fixes can be applied at any time to resolve the issues. We recommend doing so at the earliest opportunity in order to minimise any discomfort or data loss that the problems may cause.
 
Problem Description: 
 
1) DEF301904 - 8.1.3 report variables may be corrupted prior to report execution
2) DEF301920 - 8.1.3 recompile and other functions may incorrectly clear all associated user option fields
