Three critical issues have been identified in the ZMF 8.1.2 GA release, regarding conversion from releases prior to ZMF 7.1.3, installs to 8.1.2 P sites from pre 8.1.2 D or DP Sites, and packages not being installed via the CMN scheduler. Due to the severe impact of these issues, customers must install an 8.1.2 hotfix prior to performing the conversion to 8.1.2. 

Problem Description:
1) DEF292806 - Customers upgrading from ZMF releases below ZMF 7.1.3, going to 8.1.2, will experience component master corruption.
2) DEF293091 - In a staggered upgrade environment where P sites are upgraded to ZMF 8.1.2 prior to D or DP sites, installs to the P site will not submit the CMN20 job following the execution of CMN21.
3) DEF296322 - The CMN scheduler fails to submit package installation jobs for packages beyond the first 16 entries in the scheduler. (added on 25 January 2017).
